Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Licensing, training, and development support Warm inbound leads provided Base salary + commission Collaborative team environment Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport. Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software. A passion for continuous learning and professional development within the insurance industry. High School Diploma or Higher Level of Education obtained Ability to pass background check Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs and financial goals. Educate clients on a range of life and health insurance products, explaining benefits and coverage options clearly. Develop customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client circumstances. Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring a smooth experience. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through ongoing support and periodic reviews of their coverage. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to provide the most current advice.
