Compensation, Benefits & Perks Competitive Base Pay:

$40,000 to $50,000 annual base salary (based on experience).

Territory Management:

Drive daily routes across St. Charles County, visiting local businesses face-to-face.

Prospecting & Cold Outreach:

Walk into commercial, industrial, and office businesses to introduce Express workforce solutions to business owners and hiring managers.

Consultative Selling:

Uncover staffing and HR challenges, qualify prospective accounts, and present tailored solutions.

Closing & Account Growth:

Negotiate service agreements, onboard new clients, and manage ongoing account relationships.

Activity Metrics:

Maintain structured weekly call volumes, set face-to-face appointments, and follow up consistently.

What We Are Looking For Self-Starter Mindset:

Highly motivated, resilient, and confident cold-calling businesses in person.

People Skills:

Exceptional communication abilities—skilled at reading a room and building quick rapport.

Mobility:

Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and comfortable spending the majority of your day in the field across St. Charles County.
