Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to online sales inquiries promptly and professionally
• Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and promotions
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Assist with inventory control and management of online product listings
• Market products effectively through various online platforms
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the sales management team to meet sales targets

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and processes
• Excellent math skills for pricing calculations and discounts
• Ability to negotiate effectively with customers
• Experience in outbound sales is preferred
