CMC Corporate Solutions, a Louisiana based commercial and industrial HVAC service provider, is looking for team members to enhance its rapidly growing Baton Rouge, New Orleans & Jackson, Mississippi commercial group.
Job Summary:
The Business Development position will present services and solutions offered to potential clientele.
Requirements:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Must have a valid driver's license.
Duties:
Executes sales of Service and Maintenance Agreements. Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their service needs; identifies and suggests services to meet those needs. Determines potential customer needs and works with our subject matter specialist to provide solutions. Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; helps to engage new customer to the operations department. Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, and any customer or vendor relationship problems. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's or Associates degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of related experience preferred. Knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to travel.
