Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for inbound aftermarket opportunities generated through the Odyssey initiative, eSales platform, customer inquiries, MMR assessments, and commercial referrals. This role qualifies opportunities, coordinates resources, ensures proper opportunity routing, and helps drive quotes and order conversion.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates regularly with Aftermarket Technical Sales (ATS) to support aftermarket inquiries. Initiate and quotes/opportunities including replacement gearboxes (new gearboxes), gearboxes repairs, spare parts, modernization upgrades, and field services. Ensures accurate eSales transaction (internal quotation system) creation/submission (quote phase as well as order submission) following standard SOPs and checklists. Support Odyssey (direct selling opportunity service) process execution and opportunity tracking. Coordinate follow-up activities with Commercial, ATS, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure timely submission of quotations and orders. Assist with quote development and customer communication.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Education and Experience Associate degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, business development, or aftermarket support experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience using CRM and sales management systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Industrial equipment or engineered products experience. Knowledge of mixers, pumps, rotating equipment, or aftermarket services. Experience with eSales, SAP, C4C, Hybris, or similar systems.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
