Overview Join our dynamic team as a Motor Oil Sales Representative and drive growth in the automotive and industrial sectors! As a key player in our sales force, you'll leverage your expertise in outside sales, business development, and territory management to boost revenue and brand recognition. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target automotive repair shops, industrial clients, retail outlets, and fleet operators within assigned territories. Conduct proactive cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to identify new business opportunities and expand customer base. Present product demos and technical information about motor oil formulations, benefits, and applications to prospective clients. Manage existing accounts through regular follow-ups, upselling premium products, and ensuring customer satisfaction with tailored solutions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze territory performance for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and participate in trade shows or industry events for brand visibility. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on automotive or industrial products. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively. Expertise in business development strategies including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for customer relationship management. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities to foster long-term partnerships. Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating market trends and adjusting sales tactics accordingly. Ability to deliver engaging product demos and conduct technical sales presentations confidently.
