POSITION SUMMARY
Join Ricova as an Outside Sales Representative and become a key driver of our growth in New Jersey . In this on-the-road role, you will be the face of the company in your territory, engaging directly with businesses to provide tailored recycling and waste management solutions. You will actively prospect new clients, build long-term relationships, and help companies improve how they manage their residual materials in a more efficient and sustainable way. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys face-to-face interactions, and is motivated by results.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and strategically develop your assigned sales territory Conduct daily in-person visits to businesses (door-to-door prospecting) Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads consistently Present, promote, and sell waste and recycling service solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively Grow existing accounts while securing new business Meet and exceed sales targets and profitability goals Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and client interactions Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service satisfaction
TYPE OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in outside/field sales Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals Experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental services is a strong asset
SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated with a strong drive for results Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong organizational and prioritization skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools Bilingual (plus): English and Spanish (written and spoken)
