Full Job Description:

Best Quality Cleaning LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to help expand our commercial cleaning client base. This is a 1099 independent contractor position ideal for self-starters who want unlimited earning potential and schedule flexibility.

What You'll Do:

Prospect and generate new commercial cleaning clients Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and networking outreach Present janitorial service solutions to businesses Prepare proposals and close deals Build and maintain client relationships What We're Looking For Sales experience (B2B preferred) Strong communication and closing skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Ability to generate your own leads Reliable transportation (for local visits) Compensation Commission-only (high percentage per contract) Uncapped earning potential Residual income opportunities
