Enterprise HVAC Supply is a leading distributor of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and supplies in the New Jersey metro area. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, extensive product knowledge, and commitment to building strong relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at our Perth Amboy location.

Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and manage existing customer accounts within assigned territory. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery. Provide expert advice and recommendations on HVAC equipment and supplies to customers. Negotiate pricing and quotes to win deals and maximize profitability. Maintain accurate customer records and track sales performance metrics. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share. Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Bilingual (English-Spanish) not mandatory

Qualifications:

An understanding of HVAC equipment and applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Excel and CRM software. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent customer service.
