Position Overview Nanometer Lighting is seeking a collaborative, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Inside Sales to strengthen our sales operations and deliver exceptional support to our customers, partners, and sales team. In this role, you'll play an integral part in supporting both dealer/specifier opportunities and turnkey projects by coordinating project intake, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring opportunities move efficiently through the sales process. Working closely with our Project Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure projects are accurately quoted, documented, and coordinated from opportunity through order. This is a highly collaborative role that partners with Sales, technical teams, Operations, Finance, and our Project Manager to deliver a seamless customer experience. You will enable sales success by providing best-in-class operational support, accurate quoting, reliable pipeline reporting, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Quoting & Sales Support Prepare accurate and timely quotations in NetSuite. Review incoming quote requests to ensure all required information is complete. Coordinate quote revisions and updates as projects evolve. Respond promptly to inquiries from the sales team, dealers, and customers. Support Sales Representatives across North America with accurate documentation and information. Project Coordination Collaborate with the Project Manager with project intake, documentation, and coordination throughout the sales process. Help ensure smooth communication and handoffs between Sales, the technical team, Operations, and Finance. Track project status and maintain organized project documentation. Assist in identifying and resolving project issues to help keep opportunities moving forward. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate opportunity, quote, and order information within NetSuite and Monday.com. Generate weekly and monthly pipeline reports and dashboards. Monitor quote activity and track quote-to-order conversion metrics. Ensure CRM data remains accurate, complete, and up to date. Cross-Functional Collaboration Build strong working relationships across Sales, technical teams, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and documentation. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Perform other duties as required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and completeness of CRM data (NetSuite and Monday.com) Quote turnaround time Quote accuracy Internal customer satisfaction (Sales, technical teams, Operations) Pipeline reporting quality and timeliness Overall responsiveness and operational support Who You Are Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, project coordination, estimating, customer service, or a related role. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered. Candidates with more extensive experience are encouraged to apply. Experience supporting projects and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders throughout the sales and project lifecycle. Experience preparing quotations and supporting customers throughout the sales process. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and resolve issues effectively. Strong computer proficiency and experience with CRM platforms; hands-on experience with NetSuite is preferred. Exceptional customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail. Collaborative mindset with a commitment to both team and individual success. Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to take initiative. Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and adaptability.
