2989946152-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Inizio Engage is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to drive adoption of innovative biopharmaceutical therapies within a defined territory. You will build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, deliver clinically credible product and disease-state education, and execute data-driven territory plans to meet sales and access objectives. Partnering with cross-functional, global teams, you'll support launches, reimbursement initiatives, and patient access programs while representing a mission-driven, collaborative organization focused on improving patient outcomes. This role suits a scientifically minded, consultative communicator motivated by impact and continuous learning. Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers across an assigned specialty territory to drive adoption of Inizio Engage client therapies Educate clinicians and key stakeholders on clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use in alignment with regulatory and compliance standards Execute territory business plans using data-driven insights to prioritize accounts, maximize coverage, and achieve sales and access objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, marketing, and market access, to coordinate customer engagement strategies Organize and deliver presentations, in-services, and educational programs for target accounts and decision-makers Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and provide actionable insights to internal teams Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including call notes, customer profiles, and territory performance metrics Support product launches, reimbursement initiatives, and patient access programs within the assigned geography Participate in ongoing training to deepen therapeutic area, product, and compliance knowledge Represent Inizio Engage with professionalism and integrity at conferences, meetings, and customer events Required Skills Biopharmaceutical sales Territory management Clinical and disease-state knowledge Healthcare provider relationship management Sales forecasting and planning CRM and data analytics Presentation and educational program delivery Market access and reimbursement basics Regulatory and compliance adherence Contracting and negotiation fundamentals
