Sales Consultant Type:

Full-time Dealership Sales Pay:

minimum wage + commission Destination Kia , located in Yorkville, and the #1 volume Kia dealer throughout the region, is seeking motivated sales consultants to join our team! We are looking for sales consultants who can learn quickly and generate results quickly. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all of our models and be able to deliver high quality customer service while finding each customer a vehicle that fits their needs perfectly. Must:

Be able to meet sales goals Work with marketing to grow customer base Have the ability to collaborate with sales managers & finance team to finalize deals Assist in setting up the sales lot or showroom floor for promotions display models Have outstanding communication and listening skills Be customer focused Responsibilities include: Identify customer needs and guide them through the full sales process Conduct test drives following dealership procedures Explain vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and optional equipment Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and ensure a smooth handoff Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Maintain CRM, leads, and prospecting activity Meet monthly sales goals and attend required training

Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License in good standing Available to work Saturdays High school diploma/GED required Previous car sales experience a plus Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Basic computer skills We have a great lineup of benefits that include medical, dental, 401k w/employer match, FSA, HSA, Guardian life insurance and Aflac supplemental insurance.
