Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their interests and recommend collectibles that meet their needs and preferences Conduct route driving to visit clients, attend events, or restock merchandise at various locations Price collectibles accurately by assessing condition, rarity, market demand, and current trends Upsell additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Handle heavy lifting when transporting merchandise or setting up displays at events or retail locations Maintain organized records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and building lasting relationships Merchandize collectibles effectively to attract attention and enhance the shopping experience Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product features and market value Demonstrate knowledge of the collectibles market, including trends influenced by military history or other niche interests Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within collectibles or specialty retail environments Strong math skills for pricing and calculating discounts or profit margins Valid driving license with experience in commercial driving or route driving preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling merchandise or equipment Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, appointments, and sales records efficiently Exceptional communication skills to engage diverse customers confidently and clearly Knowledge of merchandising techniques to showcase collectibles attractively Familiarity with pricing strategies and market trends within the collectibles industry Military experience is a plus, providing discipline and strategic thinking beneficial in this role Join us as a Collectible Sales Representative and turn your passion into a rewarding career!
