Role Overview:

Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker, acting as a leader in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist with merchandise stocking, plan-o-gram implementation, and maintaining store presentation. Provide exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, handle transactions, and support store cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload trucks, receive and unpack merchandise following store procedures. Stock, rotate, and face merchandise; build displays and restock returned items. Assist customers in locating products and provide superior service. Maintain store cleanliness, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and stockrooms. Operate cash registers, process payments, and manage register accountability. Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits in the absence of supervisors. Monitor store security, cash levels, and ensure adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong math skills, cash handling knowledge, and ability to operate register systems. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and understanding of safety policies. Ability to follow plan-o-grams and presentation standards.

Experience & Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least six months of supervisory or related experience. Relocation assistance is not available.
