The Role:

Turn Vision into Reality As our Showroom Sales Consultant, you are the face of our luxury design experience. You will work closely with homeowners, contractors, builders, and design professionals to create functional, beautiful spaces.

Your day-to-day includes:

Consulting & Inspiring:

Welcoming showroom guests and guiding them through premium product selection, project planning, and budgeting.

Project Management:

Owning the sales process from the initial aesthetic consultation through accurate quoting and final order completion.

Relationship Building:

Developing strong, repeat partnerships with local contractors, custom builders, and interior designers.

Showroom Curation:

Keeping our display vignettes, manufacturer literature, and product samples organized, up-to-date, and visually inspiring. What You Bring to the Team We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented design professional who loves building connections:

The Experience:

we would prefer a minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen and bath sales, plumbing wholesale, interior design, construction, or a closely related field. However, exceptions can be made for a motivated individual with a desire to learn.

Industry Savvy:

Strong knowledge of kitchen/bath design principles, remodeling project workflows, and product features.

Trade Fluency:

Proven ability to communicate effectively with trade professionals (contractors and builders is a major plus).

Technical Skills:

The ability to learn our enterprise resource planning software (Eclipse), manage multiple client quotes and project details, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
