Reports to a Business Development Manager or Director.

Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prospect, research, and qualify new business opportunities within the aerospace and medical device industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and other methods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and email outreach to generate sales opportunities.
- Process customer Requests for Quote (RFQs).
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities.
- Understand and present our capabilities and services to prospective customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and document customer interactions.
- Achieve established sales and business development goals.
- Monitor industry trends and market opportunities within the aerospace and medical device sectors.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Other duties as required.
Position Requirements:
- Proven record of generating new business and closing sales.
- Experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and email marketing.
- Experience developing opportunities within aerospace / medical manufacturing or B2B markets strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing terminology, processes and practices is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Must be respectful and display a positive attitude.
- This is an on-site position located in Eastlake, Ohio; remote work is not available. What We Offer
- Salary and commission-based structure with high earning potential (estimated $60,000 - $90,000+ annually based on performance).
