Job Description

Overview We are excited to announce an opening for a dynamic and energetic Inside and Outside Sales professional! You will be selling different service and products offered by our company to include Rental Equipment, Logs and Lumber, Firewood, and Tree Services. This position is a base salary plus commission. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and markets Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits effectively Manage existing accounts through regular follow-up, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software to build a robust sales pipeline Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness Utilize territory management techniques to optimize coverage and maximize sales opportunities across designated regions Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with the ability to oversee account portfolios and develop strategic growth plans Expertise in business development, lead generation, and territory management strategies Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking prospects, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance Excellent negotiation skills coupled with exceptional customer service abilities to foster trust and loyalty Ability to conduct compelling product demos and presentations that highlight technical features and benefits Skilled in inside sales techniques including cold calling, follow-up communication, and virtual meetings Analytical mindset capable of assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for strategic advantage Experience in retail or technology sales is a plus; familiarity with upselling techniques enhances revenue opportunities Join us as we grow our team of passionate sales professionals dedicated to delivering innovative solutions while building lasting client relationships.
