In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our insurance products and services. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction while expanding our market presence. Duties Engage in proactive outside sales activities to identify and acquire new clients across diverse markets. Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend tailored insurance solutions that meet client requirements. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term relationships. Maintain detailed sales administration records, including client interactions, proposals, and follow-up actions. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and outreach campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive information. Requirements Licensing in Life, Accident and Health Insurance is Required Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of achieving targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and develop effective sales strategies. Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and marketing principles to enhance outreach efforts. Ability to manage sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of benefits administration, customer service standards, and compliance regulations like HIPAA.
