KC, MO Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to help grow Auvyra Property Solutions across the Kansas City and Missouri area. This role focuses on real-world business development, relationship building, and local outreach to expand our client base for residential and commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out turnovers, Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers, and ongoing property maintenance services. You'll be joining a growing company in its early stages with room to develop and grow as we scale. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build skills in sales, marketing, and client relations while directly contributing to company growth. This position is best suited for someone confident, self-motivated, and comfortable engaging with people both online and in person.
Duties:
Reach out to potential residential and commercial clients via phone, text, and/or social media Identify local business opportunities across Kansas City and surrounding Missouri/Kansas areas Conduct grassroots outreach including flyers, business cards, and local networking (if applicable) Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, Airbnb hosts, and business owners Generate and follow up on leads to secure booked cleaning and property service jobs Represent Auvyra professionally in both digital and in-person settings Maintain simple tracking of outreach and lead activity
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Confident engaging in outreach (online and in person) Self-motivated and able to work independently Interest in sales, marketing, or business development Willingness to learn and grow within a developing company Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required
Compensation:
Commission-based / performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is based on client acquisition and successful job bookings.
