This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of business development, marketing, and strategic growth. In this role, you will help identify and develop new opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients and partners, support go-to-market initiatives, and contribute to campaigns and experiences that strengthen The Garage's brand and market presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, relationship-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly. You should be equally comfortable researching a prospect, following up on a lead, creating outreach, or contributing to a go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Support lead generation and market development efforts across target healthcare organizations and segments. Research prospective clients, partners, and market opportunities to identify areas of potential growth. Manage and execute timely follow-up with prospects and business development contacts. Help maintain and advance opportunities throughout the business development and sales process. Support deal progression and closure through research, outreach, coordination, and follow-up. Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information within CRM and other business development tools. Market Development & Go-to-Market Participate in defining and executing go-to-market tactics for The Garage's solutions and services. Contribute to solution positioning, messaging, and market research. Help identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and opportunities that can inform growth strategy. Support pre-sales activities, including research, presentations, proposals, discovery preparation, and other client-facing materials. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop strategies for entering new markets, reaching new audiences, and expanding existing relationships. Marketing & Brand Advocacy Support campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and market reach. Assist with the development of content, email communications, campaign materials, event promotions, and other marketing initiatives. Help ensure The Garage's messaging and brand are consistently represented across external communications. Contribute ideas for new campaigns, content, and initiatives that differentiate The Garage in the healthcare market. Act as a brand advocate both internally and externally. Collaboration & Growth Support Work closely with Growth executive leadership to support company-wide growth initiatives. Coordinate across teams to keep business development and marketing activities moving forward. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Bring new ideas, insights, and opportunities to the team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, recruiting, events, healthcare, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable communicating with executives, prospective clients, partners, and industry professionals. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a team. Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and identify opportunities. Interest in healthcare, technology, innovation, and the transformation of how care is delivered is a plus. You will contribute across the growth funnel from identifying the right opportunities and initiating conversations to supporting events, campaigns, pre-sales activities, and ultimately helping move opportunities forward. $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
