Entry Level Sales Representative

Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. As a Sales representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales and maintaining the store's overall presentation. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Answer customer inquiries via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks when needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Find new leads and have consistent leads coming in. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with POS/CRM systems and cash register operations. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Ability to perform product demos effectively, showcasing product features to customers. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. A proactive approach to upselling products and engaging with customers.
