Our approach combines advanced interventional procedures with physical therapy and psychological support to address pain from multiple perspectives. The Role As a Business Development Associate, you will help increase APAC's visibility and referral opportunities by developing relationships, researching potential markets and partners, and supporting community outreach and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop relationships with prospective healthcare referral sources and community partners. Research providers, organizations, businesses, and other opportunities within assigned markets. Educate prospective and existing referral partners about APAC's services and treatment options. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations. Plan and support networking, marketing, and community outreach initiatives. Coordinate calendars and logistics for marketing events, meetings, and community activities. Partner with internal teams to coordinate participation in outreach events and initiatives. Track referral activity, outreach efforts, goals, and results and provide updates to leadership. Gather market and community feedback and use insights to identify growth opportunities. Evaluate assigned markets and recommend strategies to strengthen APAC's community presence. Represent APAC professionally at networking events, meetings, and other community activities. Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least one year of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, customer service, fundraising, or a related field. At least one year of healthcare experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to communicate confidently with healthcare professionals, community partners, and other stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software. Ability to work independently and remain productive in a primarily remote environment. Preferred Healthcare business development or marketing experience. Experience developing marketing campaigns or communication initiatives. Event coordination or community outreach experience. Knowledge of public relations, networking, or fundraising strategies. Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
