We're hiring someone to be the first person many homeowners speak with: a friendly, knowledgeable caller who can understand their project, earn their trust, and help them take the right next step. This is more than an appointment setting role. You'll qualify incoming leads, identify when a project isn't a fit, coordinate contractor walkthroughs, and stay involved as homeowners receive bids and decide how to move forward. What you'll do Call and follow up with homeowners who have contacted Renovation Bridge. Ask thoughtful questions about project scope, budget, timeline, plans, and decision makers. Explain how our free homeowner service works and build genuine trust over the phone. Qualify leads, respectfully disqualify projects we cannot help with, and book contractor appointments for homeowners who are ready. Use our software to manage leads, document conversations, schedule appointments, track proposals, and follow projects through to a decision. Help homeowners understand next steps and keep communication moving between them and our team. What we're looking for Strong phone skills: you're personable, attentive, clear, and comfortable guiding a conversation. Real familiarity with Bay Area cities, neighborhoods, and the local renovation market. Living in the Bay Area is strongly preferred. Construction or residential remodeling knowledge. You should be comfortable discussing permits, plans, project phases, common building terms, and how a renovation is managed. Good judgment about whether a homeowner's project is ready and appropriate for our contractor network. Excellent follow-through and accurate notes. You can keep multiple homeowners and projects organized without letting anyone fall through the cracks. Comfort learning new software and giving feedback as we improve the tools you'll use every day. Flexibility and initiative in a startup environment, where processes evolve and you'll help shape how this role works. Training and support You'll receive a detailed lead-calling SOP covering common homeowner scenarios, stages of the conversation, questions, and objections. It will give you guidance on how to respond, qualify the project, and help each homeowner move in the right direction. We want you to use that structure while still sounding natural and building a real connection with the person on the phone. Experience in residential construction, remodeling, design-build, real estate, or home services is especially valuable. If you enjoy talking with people, understand how renovation projects come together, and want to help homeowners make confident decisions, we'd like to hear from you. Please apply with your resume and a brief note about your construction experience and familiarity with the Bay Area.
