Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented New Home Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective homebuyers, guiding them through the sales process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise will help create a seamless experience from initial inquiry to contract closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between prospective buyers and the closing team, providing exceptional customer service throughout the home buying journey Assist clients by answering questions, scheduling tours, and explaining features of new home developments Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and communication to ensure a smooth sales process Support marketing efforts by promoting available properties through various channels and maintaining engaging client communications Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws during all interactions Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate records in property management systems Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—to connect with diverse clients Proven experience in customer service, sales, or real estate administration Knowledge of property management practices and real estate law to ensure compliance and professionalism Familiarity with marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and promote properties effectively Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple client interactions and administrative duties simultaneously Understanding of fair housing regulations and ethical standards within real estate practices Join us in creating memorable home-buying experiences! Pay:
$72,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
