Outbound Sales Representative

Job Description:

Join the rapidly growing team at Luxe Auto Detailing, Northeast Florida's fastest growing detailing and auto aesthetic company! We are looking for a driven, self-motivated sales professional to generate new business through outbound outreach for Luxe A. This is a high-upside opportunity for someone who wants uncapped earning potential and long-term recurring income . You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out, and closing deals. There is no cap on how much you can earn , and your income grows as you bring in more contracts.

Compensation:

$2,500/month draw 5% commission on all deals you close Recurring monthly payouts for as long as the client stays active

Example:

Close a $10,000/month contract → earn $500/month recurring Close multiple deals → stack recurring income over time

Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify potential clients Perform outbound outreach (calls, texts, DMs, email, networking) Pitch and close service contracts Build and maintain client relationships Track leads and follow-ups

What We're Looking For:

Self-starter with strong work ethic Comfortable with outbound sales (cold outreach) Reliable Transportation Sales experience required
