Job Description

Job Overview We are actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Intern to join our team in Texas. You will be instrumental in driving our B2B growth, securing corporate team-building events, and pitching our signature art workshops and DIY kits across various sales channels. This role requires excellent outreach skills, persistent follow-up, enthusiasm, and a genuine drive to expand our brand presence within the Texas market. Key Responsibilities B2
B Prospecting & Outreach:
Actively identify and contact corporate HR departments, People Ops managers, and event planners across Texas to pitch custom team-building workshops.
Special Events & Partnerships:
Connect with local venues, hotels, wedding planners, and pop-up event organizers to secure private group bookings and collaborative host opportunities.
Retail & Channel Sales:
Outreach to boutique shops, local retailers, and corporate gifting platforms to sell our signature DIY Kits in bulk.
Pipeline Management:
Track outreach, nurture leads, follow up promptly, and log all prospective deals within our sales tracking system.
Brand Representation:
Embody the creative, welcoming spirit of Art Masterclass during all prospective client communications and sales pitches.
Qualifications & Requirements Academic Background:
Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Sales & Communication:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable with cold/warm outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Target-Driven Mindset:
High energy, goal-oriented, and motivated by sales targets and uncapped commission potential.
Location & Mobility:
Based in Texas (open to remote/hybrid arrangements depending on sales activities).

Self-starter, organized, reliable, and passionate about experiential events and creative arts. Right to

Commission:
Base hourly wage of $10.00
  • $13.00/hour plus 10%
  • 15% uncapped commission per closed B2B/event deal (On-Target Earnings potential of $20
  • 25+/hour).
Performance Bonuses:
Opportunity for additional monthly bonuses based on sales performance.
Flexible Schedule:
Part-time hours (15-20 hours/week) structured around your academic or personal availability.
Professional Growth:
Hands-on experience in B2B sales, corporate negotiations, and event marketing with room for role expansion.
