Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories Conduct comprehensive product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software for effective prospecting Manage existing accounts with a focus on upselling, renewal negotiations, and long-term relationship building Identify customer needs through active listening and analysis skills to recommend optimal solutions Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools like Salesforce Negotiate terms, close deals efficiently, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues proactively Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the industry Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations Demonstrated expertise in territory management, lead generation, and account management techniques Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines Strong negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to foster loyalty and retention Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing and management Analytical mindset with the capacity for market analysis, data interpretation, and strategic planning Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning new sales methodologies is essential Join us as a Sales Representative if you're passionate about driving growth through innovative sales strategies, building meaningful client relationships, and making an impact in a fast-paced environment.
