This is the perfect hybrid role for someone who's equal parts technician and people person, you'll be the face of our company during in-home estimates and follow the job all the way to flawless install.

What You'll Do:

Visit customer homes to measure shower enclosures (and anything else glass related such as mirrors, tabletops, cabinet glass, etc.) Provide on-the-spot quotes and educate customers about product options Sell additional services or upgrades when appropriate — and close those deals! Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through transparency and quality work

What You Bring:

2+ years of shower glass measuring experience Strong measuring (accuracy is everything ) Comfortable with tape measures and talking to people , you're good with both tools and customers Sales-savvy mindset with the ability to upsell services and close deals Clean driving record and valid driver's license Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a desire to grow Familiarity with quoting software or mobile estimating tools is a bonus
