Responsibilities Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their wireless needs and provide tailored product recommendations Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging demos to enhance customer understanding and interest Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including POS (Point of Sale) operations, cash register handling, and cash handling procedures Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is well-organized to create an inviting shopping environment Handle retail store product knowledge confidently to answer customer questions accurately and efficiently Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to serve our diverse customer base effectively Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies is a plus Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in growth opportunities within the team Ability to handle cash drawer operations responsibly while maintaining accuracy during retail sales transactions Knowledge of phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills are essential for building lasting customer relationships Join us in delivering outstanding service while growing your career in a fast-paced retail setting!
