About the role Work is performed in an office environment and involves consistent telephone contact with customers, potential customers, and co-workers What you'll do Initiate sales calls to present company program to prospective customers Energize client expectations of company programs with a courteous and engaging telephone personality Build rapport with potential clients, selling & aligning program benefits to customer needs Close sales opportunities in a timely and effective manner Maintain working knowledge of product lines Qualifications Customer Service skills (taking care of our customers on every call
