Responsibilities:

Sell health insurance and related plans to individuals and families Meet or exceed sales targets Evaluate clients' financial situations and coverage needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up Leverage networking, marketing strategies, and social media to generate additional leads and expand your client base Work a minimum of 40 hours per week in the office; additional hours may be required to meet performance goals Utilize CRM systems, quoting tools, and digital platforms for client management Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications:
