We provide personalized care and support to help our clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Development Representative / Sales Professional to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with referral sources, and promoting our services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities of a Business Development Representative /

Sales Professional:

Identify and develop relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and other healthcare professionals. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Present and promote our services to potential clients and their families, emphasizing the benefits of our non-medical home care solutions. Perform initial client intake and assessment of care needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients from initial inquiry to service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, meetings, and outcomes. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or home care services is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and referral sources. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and achieve results. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for helping others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. How to
