Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Representative to help grow our custom apparel and signage businesses. This position focuses on visiting local businesses, building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and generating new accounts. Responsibilities Visit local businesses to promote apparel and signage services Develop new customers through in-person outreach, referrals, calls, and follow-up Identify opportunities for custom apparel, embroidery, signs, banners, decals, vehicle graphics, and related products Meet with customers, assist with quotes, and follow up on open opportunities Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business Coordinate with design and production teams as needed Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Comfortable approaching businesses and meeting new customers Self-motivated, organized, and dependable Reliable transportation for local sales visits Previous sales experience is preferred but not required Compensation Hourly wage plus profit sharing on qualifying sales, providing additional earning potential based on the business you help generate.
