//www.instagram.com/rentequipva/ We are looking for customer service and marketing personnel for our construction, general tool and party rental operations. Customer service personnel will be expected to assist our clients with their rental needs in person at our showroom in Colonial Heights, VA. They will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and responding to client emails. This position will also be responsible for marketing our company through our various social media channels and via regular newsletters to our clients. Benefits- After a 90 day probationary period employees are eligible for full time benefits and a $1+ pay increase upon review.
- All employees who work more than 40 hours in a week will be paid 1.5 times their standard wage for each additional hour worked.
- Paychecks are issued weekly on Fridays
- All Tools will be provided by Rent-E-Quip
- Uniforms are provided by Rent-E-Quip Part time employees at Rent-E-Quip will be entitled to:
- 50% discount on all rental items (Extends to immediate family)
- 20% discount on all sale items (Extends to immediate family)
- Simple IRA plan with 3% company match Full time employees receive all part time benefits as well as those listed below:
- 104+ hours of PTO per year
- 40 hours PTO carry over per year
- Holiday pay per each of 6 holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day)

- Supplemental Accident Insurance Requirements for Employment Employees of Rent-E-Quip for these positions are expected to fulfill requirements below
- Must have driver's license and a good driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have a full range of motion including bending over, lifting, and reaching overhead
