- Full-time At Diamond Honda in Puente Hills , we are looking for an Internet Sales Director who is driven by success and looking for innovative ways in creating excitement and cohesiveness within a team setting.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop an internet sales team that will meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maximize sales opportunities by fully utilizing all tools given to succeed. Provide constant training of internet personnel to boost conversion rates, timely follow-up on leads and developing a strong customer base for future success.
- Work closely with finance and sales managers while maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.
- Desk all internet deals and stay up to date with the current incentives, rates and marketing conditions.
- Manage dealer inventory as it pertains to the market.
What You'll Need:
- Proven track record of success in automotive retail sales or internet sales.
- Valid California Driver's License
- Valid California Sales License
- Clean Driving Record
- Proof of authorization to work within the United States
- Excellent communication skills
