Provides coaching, performance management and issue resolution, while analysing results, driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Outbound Telesales Unit. Develop and support a team of telesales staff. Responsible for ensuring that the team meet or exceed monthly sales revenue budget; service levels and other key performance indicators. To monitor and track individual sales performance and apply the necessary performance management (PM) measures in accordance with the company PM guidelines. Provide the necessary daily feedback and coaching to the Telesales staff on how they can increase revenue and customer experience. Responsible for producing and analysing Telesales and team performance reports. Responsible for handling enquiries and complaints when escalated by Telesales staff. Create and build a culture of high performance. Perform any other lawful duties, which may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Required Education:
Diploma/ Undergraduate degree in management or related business studies.
Required Skills/ Experience:
Three (3) years' relevant sales supervisory experience. Computer literate to a basic level with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively via telephone and email. Sound conflict resolution and customer service skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations tactfully. Working knowledge of telephone systems and related communication technologies. Knowledge of Unicomer's systems, policies, and procedures to support effective credit assessment and decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while contributing to the achievement of individual and team performance targets.

Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
