Plans, executes and oversees sales activities. Essential Functions Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development. Call on selected accounts with sales representatives. Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills. Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

International sales experience with a focus on market growth preferred. Direct sales management & revenue generation experience preferred. Proven track record leading broad, diverse teams is highly valued. FedEx leadership experience preferred. Position may be located anywhere within a 50 mile radius of Miami, FL. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience in commercial/ industrial sales, or two (2) years sales management.
