Salary Range:

Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or agency management. Deep knowledge of personal and commercial lines of insurance. Strong proficiency in agency management software and digital document systems. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a small team toward common goals. Strong local roots within the Merrimack, New Hampshire area. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is helpful but not required. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Merrimack office to ensure seamless customer service and efficient workflows. Develop and execute growth strategies that expand our local policyholder base. Mentor and support staff members to help them reach their full potential.
