Providence Business Solutions is hiring a Full-time Entry Level Manager to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, bartending, customer service, or other people-focused environments who is ready to take the next step and develop their leadership skills. As an Entry Level Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting a small team, coaching and training new team members, working with customers, and learning the day-to-day operations that go into running a successful team. You'll start by learning the business from the ground up while taking on increasing responsibility as you grow.

What You'll Do:

Support the day-to-day operations of a small team and help keep daily goals on track. Assist with training, coaching, and developing new team members. Lead by example by maintaining a positive, professional, and productive team environment. Help team members strengthen their communication, customer engagement, and overall performance. Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide helpful solutions. Assist customers with enrollment, account questions, service requests, and other support needs. Work alongside leadership to help with team organization, daily priorities, and performance goals. Take on additional responsibilities as you demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable taking initiative and stepping into a leadership role. Positive, dependable, and motivated to learn. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Enjoys working with and supporting other people. Previous experience in leadership, retail, sales, hospitality, restaurants, bartending, or customer service is helpful but not required.
