GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Sales Administrator will provide administrative and customer support to both the Oil & Gas sales operations and the Houston Repair Center in a fast-paced environment. Manage day-to-day customer communication, coordinate regularly with the Account Managers, Plant Manager, Planner, Repair Technicians, and Accounting to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of responsibilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair and Sales Operation Take ownership of the administrative aspects of the repair cycle from initiation through final closure, ensuring timely completion and achievement of agreed performance targets. Prepare, review, and submit accurate end-of-month reports within established deadlines. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve administrative issues, maintain workflow efficiency, and support the timely completion of repairs. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and delivery. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support daily operations and broader business objectives. The candidate will be cross-trained to manage customer accounts within the new sales business, including addressing customer needs, resolving account issues, and handling the day-to-day challenges associated with the sales process. May be assigned additional responsibilities as needed.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Excellent communication & organization skills, great attention to detail, ability to multi-task and able to identify priorities. Achieve and consistently meet or exceed assigned KPIs and performance targets set in the Repair Initiative. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook), experienced with formulas and working with large amounts of data. ERP experience preferred (SAP software, Microsoft Business Central)
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma required
Experience:
Five or more years of office experience required
Other:
Electronics import/export processing experience preferred Fluent in written and spoken Japanese preferred
BUSINESS TRAVEL
This position requires no traveling.

This position requires lifting up to 30lbs.
