Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Solar Sales Representative and become a vital part of the renewable energy revolution! In this energetic role, you will engage with potential customers, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and help them make sustainable choices. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door outreach and engage with prospective customers to promote solar energy solutions Educate homeowners on the advantages of solar power, including cost savings and environmental impact Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress Develop strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to strategize marketing efforts and expand outreach initiatives Maintain excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing clear information about solar products Demonstrate leadership by guiding potential clients through the sales process and fostering trust in our solutions Skills Experience or interest in outside sales, marketing, or technical sales roles Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching diverse communities Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer interactions Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively close deals and build lasting relationships Knowledge of energy sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided Ability to work independently in door-to-door environments while maintaining a professional demeanor Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate team collaboration Embark on a rewarding career path that combines sales expertise with the opportunity to make a positive environmental impact.
