What they do
A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Essential Job Functions:
World Famous Friendly customer service with customers and teammates. Work as part of a "team" atmosphere. Lead & maintain efficient front end with friendly atmosphere by all team. Count and balance daily books and deposits. Issue and verify money to tills. Direct and oversee front end service. Coach team members for performance improvement when necessary. Maintain functionality of equipment i.e. registers. Monitor case temperatures. Maintain inventory accuracy with handheld daily-weekly scans. Learn, follow, and model all safety operating procedures. Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.Knowledge Skills Needed:

Ability to motivate, coach & direct team members. Ability to lead others. Ability to count and handle cash with accuracy. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & computer technology.
