Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must ear protective gear and steel-toed boots. Will frequently move about inside the warehouse. Must be able to operate basic warehouse machinery. Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in. these situations. Constantly working in a warehouse environment. Required Cognitive Skills Must be able to problem solve and prioritize tasks. Must be able to manage stress depending on tasks. Must be able to multitask. Must be able to receive information. Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur. Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement and initiative. The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.Job Location:
