Responsibilities Load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts while adhering to safe lifting practices. Stock shelves with incoming products, ensuring proper placement based on retail store product knowledge and merchandising standards. Conduct inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move materials across the facility. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments, processing inbound and outbound deliveries, and maintaining detailed records. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to coordinate stocking schedules, inventory updates, and operational needs. Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication within diverse teams. Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and processing shipments efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control tasks. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and support customer service efforts when needed. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift while following safety guidelines.
