• Temporary Seasonal Position:

  November-December
• Approximately 32-40 hours per week | Weekend availability required
• The Wynwood Walls Shop is looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Seasonal E-Commerce Fulfillment and Backstock Associate to join our team for the holiday season.

Compensation:

Pay:

$17-$19/hour, based on experience

Essential Functions:

Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time. Prepare shipping materials, labels, boxes, and mailers. Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise. Organize backstock by category, size, and SKU. Replenish inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels. Restock the sales floor as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom. Partner with the E-Commerce Supervisor and Retail Manager to meet daily fulfillment goals. Assist with additional seasonal needs during high-volume periods and special events.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail stockroom, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or similar environment preferred. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods. Basic computer proficiency; experience with Shopify or other order management systems is a plus. Flexibility to work weekends, peak holiday dates, and high-volume seasonal periods. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
