Pikeville Area Stores Job Summary The Floating Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to various departments within the store. This position will be scheduled weekly, but shifts may change based on call-ins and store needs. The ideal candidate must be flexible and comfortable with a change of schedule. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a clean and organized store Assist with inventory management and ordering of products Provide support to various departments within the store as needed Follow all safety and security procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior retail or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Flexible and comfortable with a change of schedule Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
