Cafe Associate

About the Role R&S is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cafe & Market Associate to support daily operations across our cafés, micro-markets, and grab-and-go food programs. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with a company that values quality, consistency, and service. You'll play a hands-on role in food preparation, stocking, cleanliness, and customer experience across our café and market locations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and package grab-and-go food items following food safety standards Stock and rotate products in coolers, freezers, snack walls, micro-markets and storage rooms (FIFO required) Maintain cleanliness of café areas, prep spaces, and storage rooms Ensure accurate scanning and inventory handling of all products Support opening and closing duties as assigned Assist with restocking, merchandising, and product organization Identify low inventory, expired items, or quality issues and report them promptly Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with clients or staff onsite What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow systems, checklists, and food safety standards Comfortable with early mornings and physical work (lifting, standing, moving product) Positive attitude and team-first mindset Food service, café, or retail experience is a plus (but not required) Why Join R&S Vending Growing local company with long-term opportunities Structured systems and clear expectations Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow into lead or management roles over time Work that matters—supporting real workplaces and communities How to Apply Please apply with your resume and a brief note about your availability and interest in the role.
