Scan Coordinator & Shift leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scan Coordinator / Shift Leader to join our team. In this role, you will ensure pricing accuracy throughout the store while also leading shift operations and supporting team performance. This position combines technical responsibilities with leadership duties, making it ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled throughout the store Place and maintain price tags on merchandise in a timely manner Verify and install promotional signage according to company standards Monitor pricing systems and resolve discrepancies quickly Receive and check in DSD (Direct Store Delivery) vendors Maintain accurate records of vendor deliveries and invoices Lead shift operations, including delegating tasks to team members Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on time Provide guidance, support, and direction to shift team members Deliver excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
