Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team on a Monday through Friday schedule. In this vital role, you will manage inventory, operate heavy equipment, and support warehouse operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and distribution. Your energy and precision will help maintain our high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

C-Shift Time:

5am to 5:30pm Thursday-Saturday (Rotating Wednesdays)

$19-$20 an hour. Based on experience. Duties Using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and reach trucks following safety protocols and PPE requirements Manage stock levels within the warehouse management system (WMS), ensuring accurate inventory records Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including load & unload activities and documentation compliance Conduct quality control checks during order picking and packing to meet company standards Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment while adhering to manual handling safety procedures Formulate communication to customers via email and telephone. Experience Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory tracking Demonstrated ability in manual handling, heavy lifting, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Experience in stock management, order picking & packing, quality control, and materials handling Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse processes Join us to be part of a fast-paced team that values safety, efficiency, and proactive service!
