The Team Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales goals. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment. The main focus is unloading trucks and organizing freight for the third shift stocking team. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team to ensure efficient operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling transactions with care. Train and mentor new staff members on company policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain inventory levels through effective shipping and receiving processes. Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and assist in achieving sales targets. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Assist with heavy lifting of products and materials as needed, including using pallet jacks for movement. Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Ensure trucks are unloaded in t a timely manner. Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in cash register operations and basic retail math concepts. Experience in shipping and receiving processes is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
